Summary

Hi, Develop a gateway so that the Appsmith cloud version can communicate with the On-Premise databases or file. example: microsoft power BI gateway. Regards,

Why should this be worked on?

Allows you to outsource the management of Appsmith, while keeping control of this data in-house. Easier implementation for companies. It will allow us to stand out from competing solutions.

If Appsmith Cloud's IP addresses are whitelisted, it should be able to connect to any databases, right? Docs here.
