[Bug]: Hide copy and delete icon from container widget of List v2 widget #20273

[X] I have searched the existing issues

Description

Since user is not allowed to either copy or delete the container of List widget. Hence we can hide those options

Incase of Keyboard shortcuts, show the toast notification that the widget cannot be copy, cut or pasted

Steps To Reproduce

Drag & Drop List v2 widget
Click on container of List widget
Observe that there is icon to copy and delete for container
Observe that you cannot perform copy or delete operation for container of List widget
