[Feature] Support text widget to render markdown #2047

Summary

Often, we get markdown content in APIs that needs to be displayed to the user. Having a widget that renders Markdown properly will go a long way in making it easy for users to be able to build better UI

Motivation

Markdown content is popular in a lot of tools. It's simpler to format than HTML and allows users to read & write the content very easily.

Adding additional information that users should also be able to edit markdown as well as preview it here

We were able to solve this in the Rich Text Editor :)

Re-opening since the markdown widget needs to output markdown as well
