[Bug]: Error message shown for Auth Datasource, even when datasource had been authorised #21297

Is there an existing issue for this?

Description

datasource not authorised Error message is shown for authenticated API datasource on edit, even when datasource had been authorised.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create Auth API datasource with OAuth2 as authentication type
  2. Authorise It
  3. Now edit the datasource, and do not make any changes
  4. Observe the error message at the bottom of the page Screenshot 2023-03-09 at 4 00 57 PM
