When tabs are nested, the inner components are called canvas. This can lead to confusion for the users while scanning the entity explorer

Steps To Reproduce

Create a tabs widget
Create another tabs widget inside the first one
Create a third tabs widget inside the 2nd one
Observe the entity explorer
