[Bug]: Linting does not work on actions selector subfields #23350

Description

Lint errors don't show up on bindings. Executing such code returns an error but does not get logged in the debugger - (verify if this is needed)

@ohansFavour could you investigate the reason for this behaviour?

@bharath31 we never supported lint errors in non-js mode (see attached images). However, I think this is a great enhancement that needs to be introduced for better error mitigation.
