[Enhancement]: Redshift : Redshift must have watermark or query like that in Postgres

Description

When the user navigates to Redshift after making a connection and tries to add the query it is observed that a blank query editor is displayed to the user

Steps To Reproduce

1) Connect to Redshift 2) Click on Add query and observe that an empty query page is displayed

Expectation We can show the query as we show it on Postgres
