[Task]: Edit mode - Change API params and test the flow on client side

• [ ] Mock API's on client side first to test?
• [ ] AppInit dispatch needs to be moved from the Editor/index.ts to loader or somewhere outside. So the API calls happen before the chunk gets loaded.

Change to applicationId, workspaceId -> pageId.

• v1/actions?applicationId={id}
• v1/collections/actions?applicationId={id}
• same 2 theme API's
• api/v1/plugins?workspaceId=${workspaceId}
• v1/datasources?workspaceId=${workspaceId}
