[Feature]: hide the Add Page From Template option from the new page menu #23927

Summary

Wir wünschen uns das die Option "Seite aus Vorlage hinzufügen" aus dem Menü "Neue Seite" per (Admin)Einstellung ausgebendet werden kann.

Why should this be worked on?

In the enterprise environment and in corporate networks, it is not desirable that foreign source code enters a self-hosted instance through templates. For this reason, we wish that the option "Add page from template" from the menu "New page" can be sent via (admin) setting.
