[Bug]: Server side filtering position in property pane is confusing #27895

Is there an existing issue for this?

Description

When i open the search and filters section, i am confused to see the order of server side filtering below client side search. If allow filters is disabled, server side filtering should already be disabled.

This will confuse users who are not sure about how search and filter will work

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Add a table widget
  2. Navigate to the search and filters section

What are the UX issues here?

  1. As a developer i would want to see server side filtering only after the allow filters section because both of them are linked
  2. As a developer i am not aware of how to discover and use this property fully
  3. Search and filters place keeps growing
