[Feature]: Allow configuring datasource credentials with AWS Secrets Manager #28414

Summary

As a developer I would like to use AWS Secrets Manager to provide the credentials for my datasource.

Why should this be worked on?

As a company I enforce the use of AWS Secrets Manager and frequent key rotation. To connect my datasources to Appsmith at this time I must update each datasource manually every time the credentials are rotated on AWS. This adds unnecessary maintenance overhead for the apps we build on Appsmith.
