[Feature]: Canvas selected state

Summary

Improving the default and selected states of the canvas to improve interactions, and reduce navigation.

Changes to be made:

• [ ] Change the canvas selected state to highlight the canvas is selected(note: ignore the page properties section )
• [ ] The entity explorer selected state will be on the add new/widgets tab when the blank canvas is selected, and in the entities state whenever a widget is selected.

Why should this be worked on?

This is to help address some concerns about the discoverability of new entities and further ensure that we follow the following clear mental model: properties of selected entities are always on the right side of the canvas.

@kocharrahul7 @hetunandu correct me if i am wrong. does this mean we will have the widget panel showing up when we have no widgets selected(main canvas selected) vs explorer showing up when we select an existing widget? meaning widget selection will have effect on entity explorer tab? what if the selected widget is a container like widget? cc: @somangshu
