[Bug]: Failed to execute actions during page load - error seen when trying to fork from within the application

Description

When I try to fork an application from within the app, into a new workspace, I get an error "Failed to execute actions during page load"

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to an existing app or any new app with a few datasources.
2. From inside the app, from the app name dropdown, choose fork application
3. Fork this app to a new workspace that you have created
4. Note the modal comes up but also brings an error with it.
5. "Failed to execute actions during page load"

When we Fork from the home page, application menu, this error is not observed.

@btsgh This issue is reproducible in appsmith v1.9.40 and isn’t related to any recent module pod changes. This is related to on-page load actions.

We see the same error while generating a new page from the datasource page also. Even though the page gets created, this error pops up.
