[ ] When the omnibar returns no results, ask users to reach out to intercom instead of discord.

Decision for what CTA to show when intercom may not be available

User has consented to intercom data collection: they see intercom
User has not consented to intercom data collection: they see the consent popup
User is on a system without intercom (I presume for instance an airgapped solution): I believe here we should not show anything.
