[Bug]: If the user name has a + sign, the forgot password link does not include the + sign in the email field #30195

Description

When I have a user as say aparna+1@appsmith.com, and I click on forgot password link to reset the password, in the email field, the user name shows up as aparna 1@appsmith.com
