[Bug]: On renaming an app from its child branch, the changed name isn't reflecting across the app #30336

Is there an existing issue for this?

Description

On renaming an app from its child branch, the changed name isn't reflecting across the app.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create a git connected app
  2. Create a child branch say, test
  3. Switch to the test branch
  4. Rename the app from within the child branch
  5. Notice the name doesn't get updated throughout the app across various branches (and homepage)
