[Feature]: Set Branding via Env Variables #31617

Is there an existing issue for this?

Summary

For automatic instance deployments for customers we need the possibility to add the branding/theming after or during creation of the instance. Means we need to add without using the GUI FAVICON, LOGO, COLORS

Yes, one way would be to have a database backup from a fresh installed instance in place with the theming injected but this would not be the preffered way.

Why should this be worked on?

Deployments would be much faster and even possible without manual effort. Enterprise Customers will need thir theming in all of their instances.
