[Feature]: Movable / Resizable AI Chat window #32665

Is there an existing issue for this?

Summary

In the Help options, the 'Appy chat window' should be movable and re-sizeable so that it does not hide important information that may be the subject of discussion in a chat dialogue. In its present fixed position to the right of the Appsmith Edit window, it hides much of the important properties information and so inhibits review of areas and content possibly being discussed in the chat; it also prevents easy copy/pasting of information that might need to be added to a chat message to explain some issue under discussion. By being moveable and re-sizeable, the chat window could be adjusted as needed during the dialogue, to accomodate different screen sizes, as well as to maximise the ability of viewing screen content whilst simultaneouslye engaging in a chat dialogue.

Why should this be worked on?

To improve the UI for AI chat dialogues by improving screen visability and facilitating copy/pasting into messages when needed.

@dwba thank for the feature request. Unfortunately we use intercom right now for the AI chat but we'll think of a better way to introduce this
