[Feature]: Ability to add Javascript libraries in Packages #32746

Is there an existing issue for this?

Summary

Application Queries have the ability to utilise external javascript libraries to offer greater and more custom functionality. Packages currently do not support external javascript libraries and are thus limited compared to their Application Queries counterparts. It would be great if Packages support the same 'external javascript library' functionality.

Why should this be worked on?

We are using the AWS SDK for Javascript inside our Appsmith Application. We have a certain javascript query, which utilises this AWS SDK, that is copied between pages. To improve maintainability, it would be great if we could define this javascript query once, inside a package, and then utilise it as a package query in all of our pages.
