Description

When we refresh a page with upload file building block, the upload_api fails with a toast error "The action upload file has failed" https://jam.dev/c/c2f5172f-dd56-4ec4-9c78-644b3f2e2a34

Steps To Reproduce

go to release.appsmith.com
create a new app
now drag and drop a upload file building block
now refresh the page
The widget has default image still the error toast is displayed

Bumping this issue up to prod because it should have made it's way there by now if it was not fixed
