[Feature]: Enable datasource configuration from workspace homepage #35669

Datasources in Appsmith are workspace resources, meaning they are tied to a specific workspace and are accessible by all apps/workflows/packages within that workspace. By allowing datasources to be editable directly from the workspace homepage, users can easily manage and configure them without navigating through child resources.

This enhancement also addresses the issue of configuring datasources that were created through a Git pull. When a datasource is pulled from a Git repository, it will require configuration to work correctly in the current environment. Allowing users to edit these datasources from the workspace homepage streamlines the process, ensuring that the datasources are properly configured and functional without needing to dive deep into the app's settings.

I would like to add my +1 to this. It is so cumbersome to manage data sources when you have multiple apps. We should not have to go into each app to figure out where that data source is being used.
