[Bug]: Instance admin role not being assigned to users in a group #35716

Is there an existing issue for this?

Description

When adding the Instance Administrator role to a Group and adding users to this group, the users are not automatically included in the Admin email list of users under Admin Settings > General.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create a Group with the Instance Administrator Role
  2. Invite a user to that Group Expected Result: User will be added as super admin in General->Admin Email.

Actual Result: User is not added as super admin in General->Admin Email.

Ensure users with the Instance Administrator role are correctly assigned and update the Admin email list. Verify synchronization and configuration, then test and deploy the fix.
