[Bug]: Being asked to commit even though there are no commits showing up in the modal #35821

Is there an existing issue for this?

Description

In the Entry Criteria app, in the featureRating branch, even after discard and pull, we are being asked to commit changes, though there are no changes to be committed.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to the featureRating branch in the Entry criteria app
  2. Note that the commit modal asks us to commit even though there are no changes to be committed
  3. The difference seen on a branch created from here is as below:

These are most likely changes to Application JSOn files which don't show up in Git changes
