[Feature]: Add Copy to widget context menu in UI designer #36831

Summary

In the UI designer, it would be easier if the 3 dots on the right of a UI element also included copy rather than having to go to the right side of the screen to select copy.

Why should this be worked on?

Two primary reasons: 1) It was not obvious that copy was on the right side of the screen 2) from a use/context perspective, I am already on the widgets so a copy there would be easy
