[Feature]-[37.5]:Helper text for the options

Summary

The dev should be able to enter a new key in the select widget data such that it appears as an helper text against each option.

Motivation

More details about the options could provide a better context for the end user.

Note:

• Introduce a property in the widget data: helper
• When the property is set, Show the helper text with each option needs design
• When the property is not set, Do not show the helper text, Do not throw errors
