[Bug]-[1500]:MultiSelect and TreeSelect widget cannot be dragged by its body #7259

A painful bug. I can only move this widgets by clicking & dragging in its corners.

Dragging is not possible but the label part is draggable for both the widget. @dilippitchika @somangshu Any comments?

Can you find out how this works there? we can try and do the same here for these widgets.

@dilippitchika, I tried to see but it seems like the events that we need for implementing this are already being used by the library[rc-select] itself. So I am not sure if we'll be able to handle it.
