Description

Release/Production - It is observed that On a long property pane the expected structure pane navigates beyond the canvas on scrolling

Expected Result: Expected Structure pane should not move beyond canvas on scrolling

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Launch Appmsith App in release/Prod environment
Drag and drop input widget
Open property pane
Open any of the expected structure pane
Scroll up and observe

This will be resolved with #6576
