[Feature]: add support for ibm db2 #8548

Is there an existing issue for this?

Summary

Hi all, good project! I noticed that in in database list is missing ibm db2 as400 driver .

Why should this be worked on?

A lot companies still use as400 as mainframe ( in example my company )

Can confirm this, as I also have a client that currently searches for LC Applications and needs to connect to their AS/400 DB/2 Database.

We are also using as400 systems, adding the driver enable us to use this nice solution
