[Feature]: Allow an option to pick files from cloud storage via File Picker widget #9186

[X] I have searched the existing issues

Summary

Currently, we can only access files from local drive on File Picker widget. Would be great to have the option to fetch files from Google Drive, Dropbox etc..

Why should this be worked on?

User data is now both on cloud and local, hence this feature would cover both bases.

Needs research on how easy it is to add files from the cloud providers and how the dev can scale the cloud providers

Uppy(the lib) already supports this, we can simply enable this - https://uppy.io/examples/dashboard/
