Link to "Appsody Hub" needed #242

The docs (https://appsody.dev/docs) refer several times to an "Appsody Hub" without ever linking to it. It's not clear what it is from the docs .... presumably the collection on GitHub, though Kabanero has its own collection.. or how to find it.

Update needed to https://appsody.dev/docs#overview and appsody.dev (potentially) to link to stacks repo and possibly additional explanation
