What is the change request for the cPP? Please describe.
SHA-1 is referenced in many locations in the cPP. SHA-1 is out of favor and falling futher behind.

Remove use of SHA-1 from cPP.

Many agencies and entities are disallowing use of SHA-1 for most if not all uses. It makes sense for us to fall in line.
