Sidebar does not show scroll indicator #55

Describe the bug The sidebar does not show a scrollbar, which might confuse users when they don't realize that the menu continues.

To reproduce

  1. Go to https://appt.org/nl/richtlijnen/wcag/succescriterium-2-1-2
  2. Resize browser to smaller height, and enough width to show expanded sidebar

Expected behavior See scroll indicator, e.g. like https://docusaurus.io/docs/sidebar/items
