Update iOS Dependency to ApptentiveKit v6 #90

This updates the iOS SDK framework, removes the login/logout methods, and fixes/updates the registration process.

Waiting on release of ApptentiveKit iOS SDK 6.0.3 before releasing (we should update the ApptentiveKit.xcframework with the one from that release).
