The repeated completion item contains:

• Already used class name (create by VS Code)
• Parsed class name (create by React Style Helper)

Unfortunately, React Style Helper can't recognize the other completion item create by VS Code or other extensions.

By the way you can see many repeated completion item in VS Code like:
