Protocol buffers not being used #8

Currently, only the JSON clients are being generated, although Twirp itself recommends the usage of Protocol Buffers.

It would be good to have the twirp generator, being able to consume services using Protocol Buffers instead. If there is interest in this feature, I'm happy to contribute it, as I have it close to working on my personal fork.

Any updates on this @pellegrino ? Would be interested also in protobuf wire encoding for Flutter.
