v2 addon conversion #448

TODO:

[x] generate new v2 addon
[x] add the tests to the test app
[x] add components, modifiers, services, helpers and make the tests pass
[x] add the public assets setup for fonts and icons
[ ] add storybook to a new docs-app #452
[ ] tweak linting setup in the v2 addon

I'm having some trouble getting the storybook setup to work in the v2 monorepo. Maybe we should just release v3 without the v2 addon conversion?

Edit, got it to work by pinning storybook. Seems to be a known issue.

putting this on hold for now. I ran into a bunch of dependency issues when trying to setup the storybook app. Dependency management in a monorepo is new to me though (especially with npm). It's probably better to release v3 as a v1 addon for now and finish the v2 conversion in the future.
