Storybook setup in the v2 addon.

Hmm, it seems we were only going to support 4.8+ in v3, so this needs to be updated as well.

Edit: seems like I'm running into a bunch of dependency issues after updating to 4.8+. My guess it's related to the monorepo setup with npm.

Putting this on hold for now. maybe switching to pnpm would be a better way forward.
