Please add support for pre-set PHP installation. Currently, only installation directly in build (https://blog.wyrihaximus.net/2016/11/running-php-unit-tests-on-windows-using-appveyor-and-chocolatey/) is supported, but it is very slow. Add support for this also for other languages.
