ARMv8 CPU instances #3162

Travis CI recently enabled building on ARMv8 instances. It would be great if AppVeyor could also adopt an ARMv8 image to test and compile natively on ARMv8, especially with more and more Windows devices with Arm processors getting released.

Are you talking about testing on Windows ARM?

Yes (Windows Server on Arm)

With the release of Windows 11 there is even bigger focus on ARMv8 from Microsoft. Many developers want to test/check their software for that platform. Would be nice to have this re-prioritized.
