Currently, Chocolatey CLI is on v1.4.0 for all windows images. v1.4.0 does not normalize package versions: https://docs.chocolatey.org/en-us/choco/features/version-number-normalization For the Chocolatey Community Repository, ideally all versions are normalized, so it would be good to upgrade to the latest v2.x.y release of Chocolatey CLI, currently v2.2.2

We'll start working on an image update in the next few days and it can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks of development/testing to release it.
