Fix: Remove OSS Fund and Pizza Swag Fund points #87

What does this PR do?

Removes the points and links for the OSS Fund and the Pizza Swag Fund.

The OSS Fund page has not been created on the updated website, and we've paused and are revamping the Pizza Swag Fund.
