Fixed Login page alignment and Website Title #75

What does this PR do?

This PR makes the login page section center-aligned. It also corrects the Twitter link of the landing page and the website title has been changed to "ToDo App"

I have tested my code after setting up the project (as per README.md) and making the required changes to the code.
