🚀 Enhancement: Login with 2 Factor authentication #122

🔖 Enhancement description

The CLI currently does not provide a method to login to the server if the user has 2 factor authentication enabled. The CLI should recognise if further factors are required and prompt the user to enter the totp.

🎤 Pitch

In its current state, the CLI is not usable when 2FA is enabled. While it is possible to work around this by temporarily disabling 2FA, it is not optimal.
