What does this PR do?

Adds the option to pull and project settings to be stored in the appwrite.json file, those settings are available to manage:

Project services status (functions, account, etc.)
Auth security settings (Session duration, User limit, etc.)
Auth login methods (JWT, Phone, etc.)
