🐛 Bug Report: The right side bar is non scrollable

👟 Reproduction steps

I was just going through the documentation.

👍 Expected behavior

It should scroll while trying to scroll while hovering right scroll bar.

👎 Actual Behavior

The right scroll bar is non-scrollable at , as it is difficult to jump to the topic below it.
