Hi @N3v1, hold off on the idea for now.
We have some HUGE changes coming for docs, but we'd love this once those happen first. (include ability to support different locales, not possible rn with infrastructure)
If you wake up one day in the next month or two, and the documentation magically becomes super different looking you'll know it's time to tag us again in this issue ;)
We'd love to work with you to add German locale to docs.
I'm volunteering to help with that. 👋
Same... would be happy to contribute.
@gewenyu99 Can we now start? cc: @solnem @Gaddy00
Yes, let's get started. @N3v1 Where should we start and how do we communicate who is translating what? For instructions on what I should translate just ping me here or write me a dm on discord. My username is : gadgamer
Okay @Gaddy00 I‘ll contact you later
Doesn't seem to me like that big change to the docs happened yet? Need some input from @gewenyu99 on this.

You'll know when it happens. It will be very obvious. I'm working hard on this rn.
Not trying to pressure you, take your time. I was just trying to say that it might not be necessary to start with the translation right now. 👍

🚀 Best time for any feature to be ready is yesterday 😆 Our original release date for this new docs site was tomorrow, but there are delays.
Sit tight, thanks for your appreciation and understanding

Thx 🙏 @gewenyu99
@solnem @Gaddy00 @N3v1, One of the challenges, is that we don't have multilingual support in Appwrite docs rn, and we're not sure how we'll maintain it after you're done with the translation.
What do you think a reasonable approach is, maybe a separately hosted documentation, where you translate relevant parts of the docs? Our team is mostly English-speaking, so maintaining it as official docs for a small team is not feasible rn. So maybe we can have this be a community owned project and we'd love to help where we can 😸
