pm2 cluster detection #202

Something appears to have changed in the way pm2 sets environment vars for worker threads in pm2 cluster mode, or AceBase is not handling them correctly. This should be investigated further

I haven't been able to reproduce this after writing, all seems to be working ok. Closing!
