Thumbnail previews not showing #544

There is a bug here, pages numbered 10 and over do not show when reloading app (or opening an old app), this is because an extra 0 is added. So /pageThumbnail/020.jpg becomes /pageThumbnail/0020.jpg. Need to check where the extra zero is added and remove it.

Fixed in page function in UI.js by formatting number correctly.
