I think checking if the programming language input is existing or not is a nice-to-have feature.

Rejected because this is an example of extreme user behaviour.

Reason for disagreement: There is a chance that the user can make a typo when inputting the programming language. Moreover, there are not too many existing popular programming languages, I find such checking is nice-to-have.

I will agree if the team put this as NotInScope.
