User edit screen #53

Describe the bug When editing a user, the rank drop down pulls the rank descriptions instead of the rank name

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have edit privs
  2. Navigate to a knight that you're allowed to edit via the UI
  3. Click on Rank
  4. Some values are empty, the others look odd contextually, like "Head of the Order" or "Head of Dev"

Expected behavior A clear rank list, using Grandmaster Archmage, etc
